2024-2025 Healthy Living Ambassador Application
Healthy Living Ambassadors are selected by their county 4-H or FCS agent. They will serve their county from August 1st, 2024-July 31st, 2025. You are eligible to serve more than one year. The deadline to apply for the 2024-2025 program year is Friday June 14th, 2024

Qualifications:
  1. Will be in 9th-11th grade as of January 1st, 2024
  2. Involved in a current 4-H Project
  3. Has an interest in Healthy Living and Wellness 
Requirements:
  1. Must attend an in-person or virtual orientation training. Dates are TBD
  2. All Healthy Living Ambassadors will be required to get 10 Healthy Living Volunteers Hours during the 2024-2025 program year.
  3. Must attend at least 4 of the 6 Healthy Living Ambassador Meetings
