Request purchases from Microsoft campus agreement; some common requests are for Microsoft 365 A5 Licenses, Copilot, SQL server, and Visio. Request provisioning for Adobe Creative Cloud for UTSA employees only; all other employees are provided through OIT Desktop Support.
All Microsoft Licenses (except A5 purchases) are billed the full cost of the license upfront; then, the cost recurs annually until canceled. Keep in mind that costs for all MS Licenses are prorated based on the time remaining in our annual renewal. Prices for the remainder of the annual year will decrease month to month. The prices listed below reflect 365 days of having that license.
