May Marathon Month 2024
Please read the guidelines before completing registration.

Deadline: Registration deadline is April 29, 2024.

Time Frame: Marathon Month will begin May 1, 2024, and finish May 31, 2024. The entire month can be used to accumulate miles. Participants may select either a Full Marathon (26.2 miles) or Half Marathon (13.1 miles). Please note that a Full Marathon is less than one mile per day. Virtual kick-off begins on Wednesday, May 1, 2024.

Eligible Miles: These miles should be specifically for the sake of fitness, not everyday steps. These miles should be either walking or running miles. Other exercise activities may not be converted for Marathon Month.

Logging and Reporting: Eligible miles may be manually logged on the “Marathon Month Log Form” or Walking/ Running Apps and devices for accurate records. Miles will be reported ONE TIME by web link either when the participant finishes or by June 5, 2024. Individuals who do not report miles by June 5 will not be eligible for recognition. Marathon Month is an honor system project. Participants are honor bound to report miles fairly and accurately.

Participants will receive e-mails with encouragement and tips for the challenge.
